REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
2. Returns
Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of biotech and laboratory products, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Customized items
- Consumables and reagents
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
